Technology translation

With as much technology related gear that exists in the world today, it is extremely difficult to determine what you need, how to get it, and where it connects within your workflow. Do you buy Windows Vista or roll back to XP? Do you get a Mac or a PC? Do you move your equipment to a colocation facility or simply renovate your existing premises?
